I'm Shelley, and I'm the founder of Dreamcatcher Career Coaching, LLC.
During my assorted careers in hospitality, healthcare, and higher education, I’ve been through all of the above career challenges. I've successfully navigated five career pivots in three different industries. With my background in Human Resources and natural instincts for navigating career transitions, I am uniquely qualified to assist you on YOUR career journey.
Recently recognized by Influence Digest as one of the Top Coaches in Philadelphia in 2023, I have both career coaching and HR credentials and have been coaching for the past nine years. My specialty is helping recent college graduates and young professionals cultivate career clarity and confidence.
