I had the pleasure of attending Shelley's Confidence Seminar for Women this weekend. It was a wonderful experience and every single participant was able to take something away to use in their daily lives. We worked on affirmations, listing our positive attributes, writing out our strengths and did several other exercises to build our confidence muscle. Each exercise was backed up with scientific information and statistics. I would say the seminar would be great for any woman to attend, as we all need more confidence!
